Watch out! Your car might be destroyed by following ways

Having a car can be a dream or a nightmare, depending on how much you care about your car, the non-profit car maintenance committee said. Here are six things that many motorists do that will hurt their cars and wallets.

Ignore the "Check Engine" light. Ignoring the illuminated inspection of the engine lights can result in serious engine failures and expensive repairs. At the very least, this warning light can alert you to problems with the engine, which can have a negative impact on fuel economy.

It is not possible to change the liquid and filter. Many liquids are required for the operation and protection of vehicle systems and components. Regular check of the level and filter helps ensure reliable vehicle operation and longer vehicle life.

Ignore your tires. The inflation of the vehicle tires and the depth of the tread pattern should always be checked. Inflated tires wear faster and need to be replaced as quickly as possible, and can have a negative impact on safety, fuel consumption and performance.

Failure to comply with the service plan. Since many automotive components wear out or become damaged over time, routine maintenance of the vehicle is required for optimum performance. Routine inspections and timely repairs will help keep your car running efficiently and help you avoid more expensive repairs on the road.

Open a dirty car. Allowing your car to travel for too long without cleaning can lead to accumulation of chemicals and dirt, increase the likelihood of road salt rusting, and interfere with proper visibility for safe driving.

Be a tough driver. Whether it is in traffic jams, extreme weather, rough roads or heavy loads, it is sometimes difficult to limit poor driving conditions. However, you could smartly drive and improve fuel economy through observing your speed limits; prevent over-driving, including rapid start and stop; do no haul unnecessary items and keeping the auto properly adjusted.
